Good, but a little bit expensive

I have been using this service for about 10 years as it is close to my home. It seems like there are always a lot of customers. It's always been the case that even when you order, the food comes out slowly, there are a lot of mistakes, and the staff are busy, but that doesn't mean it's a big deal. If this is due to something structural about this company, then I feel sorry for the staff... I'm sure some people say it's about cost performance, but I think it's more delicious than the major conveyor belt sushi chains, and if it's twice the price of the major chains, would it taste twice as good? That's not the case for humans. So, I think people who think it's expensive should just not go out to eat.
