Himeji, Hyogo, Japan｜Fuki Sushi

This is my grandma’s local spot where she goes with her friends pretty often. (She has been living in Himeji for more than six decades) I honestly think this place has at least 4 stars out of 5. These two sets during lunch time were ¥2,150 which is about $20 in USD (2019 December) You can get all noodles, tempura and mini Chirashi in ¥1,100. Awesome. If you’re hungry and can’t find any spots around the Himeji station? Just come here. They have a English menu as well.

Very good sushi, excellent red miso-soup, very friendly!

I wanted to have a drink, so I ordered a small drink set. A set of 3 dishes and 1 drink of your choice. I had an image of a small dish (such as ohitashi and kinpira) served at an izakaya, but I was disappointed in a good way with the mini tempura platter, mini sashimi, and edamame and kamaboko platter. . I usually drink cold sake, so I think it would be nice if cold sake was one of the drinks that you can choose if you want. (There is only hot sake for Japanese sake.)
