Ginan, Gifu, Japan｜Kappa Sushi

The local Kappa Sushi only had an all-you-can-eat regular course, so I read the recent reviews and made a reservation at the Ginan branch. It was a weekday, so it might have been empty, but the order arrived quickly and the staff was very nice. You can rest assured that only menu items that you can order from the all-you-can-eat menu will be displayed on the touch panel! The sushi itself is small. But if you have an all-you-can-eat option, you can eat a lot of different things, so it might be a good idea (lol). I had a second helping of pudding lol. They said they would come and talk to me 10 minutes ago, but they didn't. I was full and left after exactly an hour (lol) The parking lot was spacious.

I came here for the first time in 2-3 years. I think it tastes better than before. Because it's cheaper, the sushi is smaller than the nearby sushi restaurants. The taste is normal. Nowadays, only what you order is delivered, so the fun of choosing sushi from around the corner is gone. Maybe it's because there aren't many customers or it's for hygiene reasons. Personally, I'm looking forward to ramen made in collaboration with others. This time I ate tonkotsu ramen. It was delicious.

When Kappa sushi first came out, I didn't like it, so I refrained from eating it, but when I heard that it was delicious, I tried it. Both the rice and the story have completely changed. Is delicious. I will ask again.
