Gifu, Japan｜Kappa Sushi

Good execution of the dishes and excellent service. My unique observation is about the awkward system, harm the experience. But the people there are very nice.

Loved the shinkansen that brings you food, a novelty for kids!

②R4 5/10 (Tuesday) Visit ☆4→☆5 Kappa Sushi's "Wild Fish Festival" started on May 10th (Tuesday), so I came right away. I ate a lot of fair menu items, but the ones that were especially delicious were the natural marinated shrimp (¥220) and the special mayonnaise shrimp mayo (¥385). I don't eat pickled sushi very often because it has a strong flavor, but the yellowtail marinated in the restaurant this time was refreshing and delicious. The mayonnaise in the shrimp mayonnaise was really authentic and the slight sourness matched the shrimp and was delicious. When I arrived at the store around 4pm, there were about 5 groups of customers. However, there were no issues with customer service or service times, and I was able to enjoy my meal in a relaxed manner. I will visit again! ①R3 Visited on 12/19 (Sun) I came to the store on Sunday afternoon. Even among Kappa Sushi restaurants, it is by no means the largest, but rather the narrowest, so there seemed to be some waiting time. (We didn't have to wait to get in.) As with any Kappa Sushi, the tempura is hot and delicious! I ordered the tempura platter for 550 yen, and it was filling and satisfying. The only thing that wasn't good was that the suji roe fell off the rice in the sushi wrapped in suji roe. I will come again if I have a chance!
