Nagano, Japan｜Tsumugi

It's delicious here. The passion for each dish You can feel and enjoy the delicate aroma of food. I was surprised to be able to encounter Nagano, which even I, a Nagano citizen, didn't know about. I often go to Togakushi to eat soba, but this is the first time I've had soba with such a good aroma. I was especially surprised when the owner made matcha tea in front of me, which I think is a rare and luxurious service. I was very satisfied. It is recommended not only for those outside the prefecture but also for those within the prefecture.

Experienced soba kaiseki for the first time. No matter which one you get, it's delicate and the owner's passion for the ingredients. The wife's lovely smile and beautiful gestures. Everything is outstanding. This is a restaurant that I would recommend to others and would like to visit again.

The cuisine is a combination of love for the local area, consideration for the ingredients, hospitality for customers, and consideration for the partners who work with us, all of which create an indescribable flavor. This time too, I savored it from my heart and enjoyed it to the fullest. It's a really great shop.
