Koriyama, Fukushima, Japan｜懐石こと

I visited here for my first grandchild's first meal. Although it is conveniently located near Koriyama Station, the parking lot is quite small for those using a car, so it may be safer to use a paid parking lot. However, even if you use the paid parking lot, I think it is worth using this place. The atmosphere inside the store was very good, and the staff were polite. All the dishes were well thought out, delicious and very satisfying. If I ever visit Fukushima, I would like to use this restaurant again.

I used it for a year-end party. The food was a course meal, and each item was delicious, and I was impressed by the detailed explanation of the ingredients and cooking methods by the female employees who brought the food. Not only the taste but also the customer service and the atmosphere of the private room are all wonderful. Everything was delicious, but what I especially liked was the tempura of shiso wrapped in yuba and fried.

I used it for lunch. We used seasonal ingredients and it was very delicious. Not only does it taste good, but it also looks beautiful. For sake, we had local sake from Koriyama. It was very easy to drink, and although I don't usually drink sake, I was able to have several glasses of it. I usually like cheap and delicious restaurants that are popular with my friends, but sometimes it's nice to have a luxurious kaiseki meal like this.
