It is a very relaxing restaurant where you can feel the seasonality of the carefully prepared dishes and the sake that is rooted in the local area. It is located in Nakadori, between Odori and Kita 1-jo Dori, a little off the center, and is a nice and quiet place. The moment you pass through the noren, the scent of the soup stock is very good. From first item to last I met a wonderful restaurant with exciting dishes.

I was seated at the counter, and it was an excellent restaurant where you could enjoy a wonderful course of Japanese cuisine, with seasonal ingredients carefully prepared right in front of your eyes. There was a wide variety of Japanese sake, and we were able to spend an elegant time there. I wanted to visit you again.

It uses Hokkaido ingredients and is very delicious.
