I went to this charming restaurant in 2019, and it remains one of the most memorable places. For some reasons, I thought about it today and glad to see that it’s still there. I remember that all food was prepared with care and elaboration. Everything tasted really good and so unique. The meal was so aesthetically appealing as well, from the arrangement of the food to the choices of cups. You can tell even the coffee creamer was picked because of its beautiful packaging. I felt really welcomed at the place too, despite knowing very little Japanese, the owners were friendly and tried their best to communicate. I hope this place will continue to thrive.

If you were looking for authentic japanese food at a reasonable price, yes this is the place. The two お祖父さん (elder) chefs were very kind and the food was incredibly great. The presentation looked 可愛い (kawaii) as illustrated in the other reviews. Highly recommend.

In a Japanese-style space, the owner of the former Susukino small restaurant Mashike is open for lunch only. You can enjoy a cup of coffee ☕️ in a carefully selected container. The customer service from the master and his partner was warm and the master taught us how to cook😊
