This was such a cool, retro vibe bar. Very chic, with almost a classic foreboding atmosphere; not of danger, but of intrigue. This is the kind of bar you'd film a scene at for a shady business deal or a spy flick. The staff were incredibly attentive and the drinks were expertly crafted and presented. I highly recommend business casual or better. Most everyone was wearing a suit or dress in there. I highly recommend a night cap there before turning in for the evening.

If they still allowed smoking in the bar it would make a great Japanese style Mad Men set. Very mysterious and cinematic

I didn't know this bar had existed for 40 years! The bartender, Mr. Segawa, has a deep knowledge of whiskey and you can learn a lot from him. Highly recommend this place to international travelers and whiskey lovers! I didn't know that this bar has been open for about 40 years.
