Revisit ☆ There is a menu for one person, perfect for drinking alone 🍷 It's been a while, but I visited Echezo in Gotanda for the first time in a while. It doesn't matter, but this day is my memorable drinking debut! Since it was Sunday, the shop was relatively empty and it was just right for drinking alone. What's more, before I knew it, a half-portion menu was also prepared for one person. Just when I thought I could finish it lightly with just an appetizer, it was too good news that I could eat the main course of Echezeaux. By the way, the menu is rich in a la carte, courses, and limited-time menus. "What I asked for" ・Glass of white wine (Blanc Fumé) When I told them my preferences, they suggested this one that was not on the menu. A cup of delicious Sauvignon-like delicate and fruity flavor with a smoky aroma and depth. ・ Appetizer (3 amuse bouche: truffle marinated mushrooms, roast pork with balsamic sauce, macaroni salad) ・Roasted French Duck Breast with Juice Sauce The duck breast has a meaty texture, but is moist and finely textured. The flavor of the duck spreads in your mouth when you bite into it. The ju sauce that goes with this is carefully extracted from duck neck meat and flavored vegetables, creating an irresistible combination of umami. The side vegetables are cooked perfectly, and the burdock hidden under the duck meat is also a great supporting role. Burdock slowly cooked with fond de veau brings out the flavor even more and is surprisingly soft. I was able to have a pleasant conversation with the sommelier at the counter, and I was able to spend a pleasant time drinking alone. Recently, a high-end gelato machine has been introduced, and it seems that this is also a secretly popular menu. I would love to have this next time. Although it is positioned as a wine bar, I highly recommend this place where you can enjoy restaurant-quality dishes with a wide variety of wines by the glass. It might not be popular, but it's a wonderful shop that I want people to know how wonderful it is. Thank you for the meal!

I visited the second restaurant after dinner in Gotanda ♫ I like it because I can drink delicious glass of wine. This time, I will drink Bordeaux red wine. Ordered chicken liver rillettes and salad. We also have a lot of bottled wine, so I'd like to come in a group of 4 or 5 people and try some bottled wine.
