This is a rare bar that specializes in gin, and you can tell from the moment you see the sign that it's a good bar. Drinking gin while listening to the bartender carefully explain the world of gin that you didn't know about in an easy-to-understand manner is special. I first drank the Sauvignon Blanc flavored gin from New Zealand's craft gin Dancing Sands straight, then mixed it with tonic water. I received a culture shock from the completely different taste. After that, in front of the counter was the seasonal Gin Makino with an illustration of Dr. Tomitaro Makino on the label. When taken straight, it has a medicinal and aromatic scent, but when mixed with tonic water, it transforms into a gorgeous, citrus-like flavor that surprises me once again. I was drawn into the fascinating world of gin that I didn't know existed. It was a great store.

There is a wide selection of gin and it's fun to think about what to drink. The master is friendly and easy to talk to, you can hear a lot of stories about Jin, and there is a counter so it's easy to go even by yourself. The interior is nice and makes you want to bring someone with you. Since I was able to find gin, I was happy to compare the gin drinks. Personally, I also like that the payment method is cashless.
