The young barista and roaster at this shop is amazing. I told them my preference for less bitterness and more sourness, and the first time I tried it, it tasted pretty good. When I talked about my impressions the second time, the taste was almost perfect. I went to roasteries all over the place, but it's been a few years since I ended up here.

Visited during evening beer time. There were many local beers and foreign beers, and the IPA was delicious! Master, I'll show my face again♪
