Master, caretaker owner. Encyclopedic knowledge. Varied offerings not seen in the most elite speakeasy. Most gracious service. The single best room I have visited in Asia. Many imitators, none so convincing.

A very wide choice of drinks (mainly whishies, but not only !), a competent barman that will help you make your choice and know his cocktails... The prices are very reasonable (very nice Japanese whiskies going around 1200 yens). A cosy place !
