Mr. Tagashira, the bartender, has the impression that he is smart at work and quiet when making alcohol, but he is surprisingly friendly and knows a lot about alcohol, so you can have a good time even by yourself. It can be used casually in terms of billing, but the atmosphere is a calm and adult space that doesn't make you nervous, so if you want to go to an authentic bar but feel it's too difficult to enter, this is the place to go first.
