This is a smoked specialty store in Toyonaka. No matter when I go, the delicious food, drinks, and conversations with the wonderful owners and staff make me feel at home. Even if you're tired from work, you'll want to have just one drink and go home.The atmosphere is reminiscent of the Showa era, and the food is divinely exquisite. Not only the smoked meats but also the handmade charcoal-grilled sausages and other meat dishes are all delicious☺︎ We also have a wide variety of craft beers and wines that go well with your meals. It's the best shop in my life that makes me feel lucky to have found a shop like this. I definitely drank too much today too ♡

It was at this restaurant that I had smoked food for the first time. From there, I got hooked on smoking and now I'm making it myself and I'm hooked. The non-smoked version is really delicious and I use it all the time.
