I'm not sure about the experience for non-Japanese speaking foreigners, but for the ones that speak Japanese this is a great place to get contacts and socialize with the average Japanese person. (Wrote this while drunk soooo, sorry for any mishaps in spelling or whatever) **Strongly Recommend**
