Mishima, Shizuoka, Japan｜Bar

It's a bar, but they also serve sake, so I went there on Saturday at 6pm. Only one of the seven seats at the counter was available, so I slipped into it. It's almost full even though it's so bright and early. I chose two types of sake from the sake available today, and both were delicious. The owner seemed busy running the restaurant by himself, but I was grateful for his consideration for me as it was my first restaurant, and the food was delicious, so I was able to spend a very satisfying time. When I come across such a good shop, the fatigue of touring disappears, thank you very much.

When you open the entrance, which looks like a long-established restaurant, you will find an interior that resembles a Kyoto townhouse. The master, who used to work at a famous bar in Mishima, will create cocktails to suit your mood, but here you'll want to order a special sake.

I went to Mishima Bar. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is of course great, but the owner's personality is also great, and you'll be able to spend a comfortable time here. We have a good selection of both Japanese and Western sake.
