Just wow, this is great little bar. It offers just straight up tastings of spirits. Either half or full shots. Amazing good range and access to limited release Japanese single malts. Pricing on samples is very good to boot.

There are so many sakes. And delicious! The price is also friendly. No charge. ■ Recommended information ・In addition to the menu, check out the menu on the upper left side of the front and the menu on the wall on the right side. There are things that are not written on the menu. Smoked cheese is especially recommended. ■ Seat information ・4 seats x 3 (one of them is outside. Recently, the number of izakaya-level bars has increased considerably, but this is different. They make really good wine. Otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to open for more than 10 years in that expensive place in Hodogaya. I really like the gin and tonics here.
