Pork vindaloo, delicious. The pork wasn't crumbly, but had a firm texture but wasn't too tough, and as I chewed, the umami of the meat and the flavor of the curry spice blended nicely. The spiciness was just right, personally, as I could feel the buildup of spiciness by the time I finished eating. The pickle-like vinegar that was lightly served was also a good supporting role to keep the curry delicious 👌🏻
