Great bar with an expert barman, great whiskey and nice people

Really nice bar, with guest beers on tap!

It's a bar you can go to. There are no Japanese brands like Yamazaki or Chita. Mainly western liquor, very rich in variety, and the master is just as friendly. I wonder if there are many local regulars. There is a mature woman who comes up from time to time.
