The food is cheap and delicious❗ I'm using Hoppy Live Server I don't think there are any restaurants where you can drink in Shin-Sugita! (Sorry if there is one 🙏) Master looks scary, but if you talk about horse racing, he'll respond differently. You'll laugh when you get used to it 😀
