If you’re on a flying visit to the area and you are looking for a bar with friendly local people this is the place. I was here for one night before travelling to Kyushu the next day and couldn’t have been made more welcome. One drink turned into many more thanks to some great hospitality!

One of the best bars in Tokyo! Amazingly friendly with great mojitos and home made alcohol! The owner played guitar for us and helped us celebrate my friend’s birthday with champagne.

I don't think I could have found a better local bar, very welcoming even for gaijins. I ventured in there for the first time on my own one evening and immediately hit it off with the owner and locals. Probably cos we both shared the same alternative style and Rock music. He loves playing sex pistols. His wife (I think) speaks English and his friend makes beef jerky for them the size of your hand! Definitely a place to visit. Don't expect an early night but a very very chilled place to go and have some non raving drinks.
