Best way to end a long day walking around Nara. Learn some history and try locally made Gin cannot get anywhere else. Bartender/owner first class. Thank you so much

My partner and I were unsure where to enjoy a quiet drink in Nara, found this lovely, cosy and casual bar and thought 'why not'. I'm glad we did. The owner and bar tender is amazing - fun, engaging, with a great grasp of English (perfect if you don't speak Japanese!). He also helped us explore the delicious range of alcohol, with an exceptional understanding of its taste, region etc. This bar is perfect for a quick drink. Our night lasted longer than expected after we were caught chatting with a fun group of local patrons. It was a pleasure to spend time here.

This is a wonderful small bar, perfect for couples. Me, my boyfriend and another couple spent the evening here and couldn't have enjoyed it more. In particular the barman was so lovely and attentive, recommending us drinks and taking the time to tell us about the history behind each drink. I definitely recommend coming here!!
