A hidden bar in Kashiwa. When you first enter through the entrance, which only those who know about it will understand, you will be greeted by a chic and calm space with a very mature atmosphere. It's surprisingly larger than I expected! The bartenders are busy working at the counter. Is it the master who wears a white jacket? Everyone behaved wonderfully, and we had a wonderful time that made it hard to believe we were in Kashiwa! There is a large selection of alcoholic beverages. I ordered a double Ichiro's malt. I thought, “Chocolate goes well with this!” and immediately ordered some raw chocolate. It's handmade raw chocolate. The raisin butter was delicious, and Ichiro's malt was gone before I knew it. And I ordered the pasta (carbonara) that everyone recommended! Since it's fresh pasta, the combination of chewy texture and plenty of bacon and egg sauce is amazing! It's a waste if you don't order the pasta seriously! I was able to entertain my best friend who I have known since high school, so I'm glad I chose this restaurant! Maybe I'll come alone next time.

This is a very stylish bar! It was my first time going there, and they had a wide selection of whiskey, and I was able to drink Hibiki's 30-year-old whiskey! There seem to be many regulars. The handmade raw chocolate was delicious 😊

The visual of bottles lined up gives a sense of pressure. The seating comfort of the chair and the store as a whole are calming. The snacks and meals are delicious, especially the pasta. A room in the back was also made and it became wider, but the atmosphere of stability did not change.
