Fujikawaguchiko, Yamanashi, Japan｜Cooliya

Second time I've visited (the first being in 2015) and it's still one of my most favorite places to eat! So affordable and DELICIOUS, the cheese and honey pizza is an absolute must and the recommended sets are insane value for money. Drinks are so cheap and so good!

A really nice place on the lake front at Kawaguchiko. There were traditional individual dining booths (shoes off!). The food was excellent - would recommend the tuna & seaweed salad, which was surprisingly good. The oysters were fresh, very large and very tasty. Not a bad word to say about the service either!

Excellent restaurant- so good we went two nights in a row. Good Japanese food and some lovely pizza as well. I think they were short staffed on the second night so we had to wait a while for the food but it was worth the wait. Also very nice chocolate for dessert. Get there early because both nights it was full quickly. The bar also looked well stocked, although I didn’t have a drink. Would highly recommend.
