Cool lil bar so nice and bartender speaks a bit of English. Selection of whiskey could be more high end but ok. I did my Hibiki blenders choice...On the 4th floor and if staying by Kyoto station late night stop by. Closes at 0100.

Spent an evening here while on a business trip. The bartender was very professional, welcoming and kind. Would recommend to anyone looking to enjoy a nice evening over a few drinks. Great atmosphere! Will come again if I have the opportunity.
