Kyoto, Japan｜Ki WEST

I highly recommend stopping by Ki West for drinks! The bartender was so kind and welcoming. We tried many beers including a matcha beer, matcha kahlua and plum wine. Ki West is a wonderful place to relax with some drinks after exploring all afternoon. We felt totally rejuvenated and it was my favorite bar I visited during my recent trip to Japan in June. We will definitely be returning to visit the next time we’re in Kyoto!

This bar is a delight. The bartender is incredibly friendly and excited about the drinks he serves. They have tons of liquors on hand and I had a PHENOMENAL Matcha Beer that I only wish I could find back in the states. Overall a great time and I will gladly come again next time I’m in town.

It's a fantastic bar with a great host! So welcoming. We had an awesome time. Definitely give the Thai curry a try, it goes down so well with the Sake! 🍶🍛
