Kyoto, Japan｜Bar Matching Mole

Lovely chill bar, worth a visit. A bit hidden but not too hard to find. Owner is super friendly and we had lovely conversations even with the language barrier. Another guest had some food and they made me try some, as I mentioned that I wanted to grab food after, which is very kind. It was delicious!

A charming little bar, would happily go back had we had more time Kyoto. Barman (& owner) has a love for British 60/70’s rock music which you will hear low in the back ground. Please support this guy in his efforts to see some of the UK’s iconic British rock landmarks in person one day. Made to feel very welcome!

decided to go to a bar one night in kyoto, and ended up here! it’s tucked away in an alley, almost got lost coming here :(. the vibes were very cool, just a typical bar. however there is a strong smell of smoke if you’re sensitive to it! the owner was very kind and kept making convos with us :). we ordered a moscow mule and it was good!
