I used it for lunch on June 7th. I made a reservation and had my long-awaited Negitoro Basta. The flavor of Negitoro spreads in your mouth, and the scent of seaweed and shiso leaves is the perfect accent. I'll stop by for lunch again. Of course, I am a repeat customer at night as well.

October 22nd: Revisited for lunch I had green onion pasta and cream pasta with smoked salmon and mushrooms. It was lunch time and the restaurant was full. Although there are people inside, it doesn't feel like a nuisance. I think that the creamy smoked salmon pasta has a refreshing aroma of smoke, giving it a mature flavor. Negitoro Pasta has plenty of green onion, shiso leaves, and seaweed and looks great◎ As for the taste, the green onion and soy sauce are strong, but the shiso leaf tightens the flavor. Both pastas were delicious I think the seasoning is a little strong. I think it goes better with alcohol at night. On the way home, the master in a somber dandy voice said, ``The stairs are steep, so please be careful where you step.'' When you called out to me, I wanted to come again at night.
