This is my first visit. It's a very warm and relaxing shop. There are a wide variety of alcoholic beverages and food menus. I ordered autumn salmon and mushroom meuniere from the recommended menu on the blackboard. It was absolutely delicious.

You can enjoy natural wine 🍷 Besides, the food is delicious😋 The atmosphere where the host is easy to talk to is also nice.

"Bar Smoke" is located at Imaike Station. On my way back from the nearby Sauna Well Bee Imaike, I stopped by right after it opened at 5pm. Since it was after the sauna, I had a Pilsner from Coedo Beer. As the name suggests, the smoked food is delicious, so I ordered a variety of them. Cheese, chicken fillet, wagyu beef, and iburi gakko are all delicious😋 By the time the smoked food arrived, the beer was gone, so I ordered Chivas Regal with water. Another thing that caught my eye was asparagus sashimi, so I added it. While I was waiting for my food, I was looking around the store and came across a flyer. Apparently there will be a sake hopping event on June 25, 2023, and bar smoke is collaborating with Takashi no Tsukasa's Shibata Sake Brewery. However, advance tickets have already sold out. Well, it's Sunday, so I can't go. While I was eating asparagus sashimi with mayo and salt, I had previously heard that the pasta was delicious, so when I was looking through the menu, I came across a mysterious dish called ``shrimp with butter.'' When I asked what "nibo butter" was, I was told that it was "dried sardine butter." I know what it is, but I can't imagine what it tastes like! So of course I ordered it. The pasta that came out looked delicious, decorated with mizuna and pink pepper! It's like a fishmeal ramen with dried sardines, but it has a buttery flavor and isn't soupy, so it's actually pasta! It's both Western and Japanese, so it can be paired with Japanese sake. Thank you for the meal!
