It is a valuable music bar in Tsudanuma. It was originally called Skybar. All the staff are foreigners, but they are friendly. Many of the customers are Self-Defense Forces from Narashino Garrison. Please think that everyone with short hair is from the Narashino garrison. If you request music, it will play. I write song requests on paper, but since I'm a foreigner, I can't read Japanese.
