It's such a hidden gem and the best value for money that I don't really want to tell you about it. The owner/chef is very personable and has a skill that makes you think he has some knowledge of French or Italian cooking, and not only the taste but also the presentation and originality are amazing, all at this price! ? No matter how many times I go, I am still impressed. We recommend the ``crunchy fried eggplant'' that everyone says, and the ``blackboard menu'' that is shown to you before you order your first order. You'll be very lucky if you come across the ``Sangenton Pork Steak'', which is recommended by the master and uses ingredients purchased that day! I also encountered many other unforgettable flavors, such as ``chilled new potato kakiage (spring)'' eaten with noodle soup. He's a good master, so he even cooked dishes that weren't on the menu. I was truly amazed at the skill with which my friend made this Spanish rice dish, saying "It's going to take a little while"! Actually, I would like to give 7 stars, but the restrooms are old and the male hall staff, who are relatively experienced, are extremely unfriendly, so I gave it a -2 and 5 stars. There are multiple parking spaces available on the lot opposite the store.

A friend of mine took me there. The crispy fried eggplant, the fried egg with natto, and the yakitori were all incredibly delicious. If I lived nearby, I would want to be a regular at this restaurant. I definitely want to go again when I go to Mito.
