It's already been a year since I became a fan of Yoshida's udon. I've been to about a dozen udon restaurants so far, but so far this one is the best in terms of taste and quantity. The famous udon is Yoshida's standard udon, which is extremely thick and chewy. The soup stock has a good balance of soy sauce and miso, and has a strong flavor that rivals the thick noodles. What is noteworthy is the large amount of each cup. First of all, the size of the bowl is a little larger than other restaurants. Also, the amount of noodles, soup, and ingredients such as boiled cabbage and meat is amazing❗️ The tempura is so big that it even protrudes from the large bowl. It's a cup that even the pickiest of eaters can't resist. I'm still visiting Yoshida's udon shops, and I'm looking forward to finding one that surpasses Tecchan, but I'm having a hard time getting over this wall. Please note that the giant tempura is often sold out due to its popularity. When in doubt, say “Tecchan”. I'm sure you'll be satisfied. The atmosphere is similar to a restaurant in a nostalgic villa area from the Showa era, but since I'm here for the udon noodles, I don't mind. In fact, Yoshida's udon restaurants generally do not spend money on buildings. No problem. Ah, I'm on a bike tour from Tokyo and I'm not a "Tecchan" person ^_^
