Takasaki, Gunma, Japan｜Gosaku Udon

I received the Gosaku udon (medium). The gravy was hot, and even the chewy udon was a little soft and delicious. It seems that smoking is allowed, but if there were no smokers around, I didn't mind the smell of cigarettes. It was udon with dipping sauce. Renge didn't follow.

I stopped by because I wanted to try some flat udon noodles. I couldn't eat it because it was limited to winter, but I had Gosaku udon instead, which was really delicious. Fully satisfied

It is near the Hotoda Tumulus Group. The noodles are firm and very delicious. The seasonal Himokawa Udon is also delicious. I think I'll try the curry udon next time I go.
