It's the best udon. You can enjoy udon that is firmer and chewier than the authentic Sanuki udon. I love it, but some people may find it too hard. If you are worried, we recommend "Hiyaatsu" or "Atsuatsu" as they are softer, but I like "Hiyahiya" the best. Both the soy sauce udon and the kamatama udon are great. Tempura is also delicious. Especially Chikuwaten. We don't have much of a business atmosphere, and we operate with a small group of people, so there is quite a bit of waiting time, so I don't think it's suitable for people who don't have much time or who want the speed and customer service of a chain store.

Authentic Sanuki udon. The various types of tempura (2 to 3 types depending on the day) are deep-fried to order, so they are delicious and large, and instead of being added to the udon noodles, they are served with a special tempura sauce and eaten as side dishes. In 2022, we will be open from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Since it is a popular store, especially on Saturdays or if you are coming with your family, it may be sold out, so we recommend coming here in the morning.
