Tatebayashi, Gunma, Japan｜天蝶

This is my first visit to the store in 2 years. Starting with prawn tempura, and then using seasonal ingredients to different types of tempura...I thoroughly enjoyed it. In particular, the sea urchin and konnyaku tempura wrapped in shiso leaves is a favorite of mine (lol). It's really special to have freshly fried food right in front of you, and I had a pleasant conversation with the owner. I was so absorbed in eating that I could only take photos of the final small tempura bowl and the souvenir tempura (>_<)

This restaurant serves delicious fried tempura. To finish off my meal, I had ice cream tempura.

I wanted to eat Tendon, so I searched for it on Google Maps and came here. I ate the Jo Tendon, and as it is a tempura specialty restaurant, it was delicious. The contents include 2 shrimp, oysters, conger eel, lotus root, and shiitake mushrooms. I especially liked the oyster tempura. I'm also glad that it came with 2 pieces. Until when will oyster tempura be available? I would like to visit again.
