One of the best udon restaurants in Japan. The famous "tsuke-jiru" style udon in Saitama Prefecture. My friend also likes it.

Rather, whole grain udon with a strong chewy texture is compatible with hand-made Chinese noodles. It was extremely delicious. The order is Kumagaya Maze Udon, which is cold for summer only. The broad, dark-colored Piro-Piro Noodles are made from whole wheat flour and have a rich wheat flavor even when eaten as they are. It is mixed with a flavorful sauce, kinpira burdock, diced pork, leek, fishmeal, and egg yolk. Vinegar and udon hot water are included by default, and the taste change is really interesting! Burdock is especially sweet! delicious! The lineup also includes Musashino Udon's classic meat soup udon, which is the best udon restaurant. However, it is a new business format that is attracting attention as it perfectly caters to those who prefer tsukemen. It seems that there will be new stores and goodwill divisions in the future, so I'm looking forward to that. To put it bluntly, I have the impression that it was a little tough when entering the store. Indeed, it was a popular store, and there were 7 to 8 groups of customers waiting for about 45 minutes before entering. Waiting is a format that fills in the sheet and voices in order. There is no waiting area outside, so it's a bit painful in extreme heat or stormy weather. I thought it would be nice if there was an eaves.
