Always the best Udon in Tatebayashi Gunma !!!

At 1pm on a rainy day, I found this place on my way back from Tsutsujigaoka Park to Tatebayashi Station and entered the store. I ordered shrimp and catfish gozen, and had anmitsu for dessert. Everything was top notch and delicious in every way. Personally, the one that was unexpectedly delicious was the strawberry anmitsu. The balance of sweetness and sourness was exquisite.

Headquarters of Tatebayashi Udon, a specialty of Tatebayashi. You can enjoy firm and smooth udon noodles. We recommend the udon noodles with traditional catfish tempura for 1,090 yen (tax included). People living near Tatebayashi City have a custom of eating river fish, and catfish are said to have been made into tempura and eaten with soy sauce. The white flesh has no taste and is easy to eat.
