This is a typical restaurant in Numata where dipping soup is the basic dish. I love it because it tastes the closest to the handmade udon noodles I eat at home. The Numata method is cheap, delicious, and the best udon for people like me who have different tastes, but when I recommended it to people in the city, they didn't seem to like it very much. When I was younger, I always added extra balls, but now I'm full with a regular serving of tempura udon.

I had a large serving of tempura udon. It's the best restaurant for udon lovers, with a large amount of noodles. A regular serving is about 3 balls worth. If you make a large serving, you will receive one additional bowl (top right).
