Tomioka, Gunma, Japan｜手打ちそば大村支店

I was looking into Gunma's specialty and found that sauce katsudon is famous! So I went looking for a restaurant that looked delicious! The store has a nice feel from its appearance. Since it is a tourist spot, there were almost no people around at night, so I was able to enter the store easily. In fact, the business hours were around 19:30, which was the last order, so I felt like I was able to get in just in time. The most important thing is the sauce katsudon, which is simply topped with cutlet and sauce, but I was surprised at how tender the meat was and how delicious the sauce was. I found this store by chance, but it was a great choice!

Visited near 12pm for Sunday lunch. There are chairs and tables inside the store. It's crowded, but the rotation is good. There is also a parking lot next to the store. This day seems to be popular 😊 A set of sauce cutlet bowl and soba noodles 😆 The soba has just the right amount of chewiness, and the sauce cutlet bowl is also soft and not greasy, which I like! The sauce also had a nice texture to the cutlet and it was delicious🥰The curry soba was also NICE👍 as the curry and soba went well together. I recommend sesame pudding for people who like sesame seeds😆On this day, I didn't have black sesame pudding, but white sesame pudding instead. It had the scent of sesame and the taste was really delicious.

I received a lunch set consisting of a small tempura bowl and soba noodles. I was told that I could have a regular size soba instead of dessert, so I asked for that. It was a very delicious soba made with thin cold water, and while restaurants that serve this level of soba usually have quite a few pieces, there was about twice that amount. The grated wasabi that came with it was also delicious and satisfying. Thank you for the meal.
