I wonder if it's a facility called fureai center? The inside of the shop is also spacious, clean and comfortable. I liked the seasoning of the beef streak udon. Salty beef tendon (◍•ᴗ•◍)

I was curious about the building because of its unique features, but this was my first visit! These udon noodles are made by blending only domestic wheat, such as wheat from Tochigi Prefecture, with wheat flour bred specifically for udon in Kagawa Prefecture. It felt like a tatami room at a community center, but on the contrary, the atmosphere was nice and I felt comfortable. There were two groups of customers in front of me, and I was asked to order while I was waiting. I get the impression that the flow of customers is good and the kitchen is running well. The efficiency of the mothers was amazing. I ordered duck soup for 800 yen, chikudama bukkake for 750 yen, chicken tempura for 250 yen, and assorted vegetable tempura for 400 yen. I was surprised by the chewy and springy noodles! The intensity of the flavor was also to my liking. The chicken tempura came with curry powder spice, which I enjoyed alternating with pink salt. I think the vegetable tempura platter is ample and reasonably priced. What's on the tray is not tofu, but a dessert called "almond tofu"♪ I was impressed that there was such a good store within my living area. I think there are many people who are quite concerned about this. Udon restaurants are quite rare in Tochigi Prefecture, which has many soba restaurants! Please note that we only accept cash and are closed on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. I'll visit you again♪ It was a feast!

The udon noodles are chewy and filling. The tempura was freshly fried and very delicious. I decided on the menu while I was waiting, and by the time I was seated, the food had already started cooking. I am very happy that the work went smoothly.
