I asked the store clerk (the store owner's mother?), ``What should I do?'' ”, and they said they would take your order. I ordered and paid with PayPay to the clerk and took a seat. Ordered ramen and gyoza. The rice bowl is ready in about 10 minutes. A sip of ramen soup. It doesn't have a strong taste, but it does leave a nice aftertaste in your mouth. The noodles are flat noodles among Sano Ramen. In addition, he has a strong waist. That's a strike for me. The chashu is so soft that you can tear it with chopsticks, and it has a strong soy sauce flavor. I found the overall balance to be very good. The gyoza has an impactful aftertaste of ginger, and I think it goes well with rice. Furthermore, since it was freshly baked, I had to be careful not to get burnt. Shinzan and the shop were written in hiragana, but the ramen bowl said Shinzan. To me, it felt innovative among Sano ramen. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal❗

Large serving of fluffy ramen and gyoza The noodles were delicious, and the gyoza skin was chewy and delicious. The soy sauce ramen is also delicious. I'm glad that the ramen is good value considering the quantity. I would like to try different flavors (^^)
