I use it occasionally. This time, I ordered udon and other fried chicken for my first takeout. We didn't have enough fried chicken, so we had to wait for it to be freshly fried. The wait time wasn't that bad at all, but the veteran female clerk bowed her head humbly and said, "I'm sorry to have kept you waiting so long." This is a very good restaurant with delicious freshly fried chicken (crunchy even when cold), udon noodles that are delicious and cheap, and courteous customer service.
