Musashino udon is similar to Yoshida udon in Fujiyoshida. The udon noodles have a chewy texture, and the soup goes well with the thick gravy. There is also a rare udon soup that you can enjoy as a finishing touch. The gyoza has a thin skin and the filling is sweet and delicious.

I went on a Sunday in February. It was lunchtime and the restaurant was almost full. Nabeyaki udon is the best on a cold day like this! I ordered the spicy red miso flavor. I was waiting for Kinpira as a snack. The taste is definitely addictive and spicy! The thick udon noodles are chewy. I bought fresh udon noodles on the way home. I was surprised when I boiled udon at home⁉️ It is very soft before boiling. However, once it is boiled, it is very chewy. It's magical udon. delicious!
