The red miso stewed udon here is a classic ✨ Goes great with extra-thick udon 👍 Udon feels like sweet noodles that are easy to eat (lol) Even when it's stewed, you can still feel the aroma of wheat every time you bite into it. The udon noodles are uneven in thickness and length, but that's what makes them so good! ️Thanks to the irregularity, it's fun to eat the flavors of various stews ♪ I previously had white miso stew and nabeyaki, but I prefer red miso stew ❤️ I also tried adding spicy meatballs, and while they were fighting with the heat, the spicy meatballs melted into the soup, making it quite spicy. If you like spicy food, please come❗️ The staff will bring you a clay pot with a lid on it and remove the lid right in front of you. Simmering and relentlessly hot ♨️ is here ⤴️⤴️⤴️ I love it hot, so I don't use the pork and eat it directly from the clay pot 😋 The staff at the store keep a reasonable distance from each other, making it easy to spend time there. Musashino udon is similar to Yoshida udon in Fujiyoshida. The udon noodles have a chewy texture, and the soup goes well with the thick gravy. There is also a rare udon soup that you can enjoy as a finishing touch. The gyoza has a thin skin and the filling is sweet and delicious.

I went on a Sunday in February. It was lunchtime and the restaurant was almost full. Nabeyaki udon is the best on a cold day like this! I ordered the spicy red miso flavor. I was waiting for Kinpira as a snack. The taste is definitely addictive and spicy! The thick udon noodles are chewy. I bought fresh udon noodles on the way home. I was surprised when I boiled udon at home⁉️ It is very soft before boiling. However, once it is boiled, it is very chewy. It's magical udon. delicious!
