Hanamaru is suitable for normal price. Take the toppings such as oden or fried food, order the main dish, complete it on the spot, and go to checkout. All-you-can-eat is tenkasu and ginger. There were no green onions. The young people are efficient when it comes to customer service. You may come across as unfriendly because you are busy. The taste is normal. In terms of hygiene, I think it's better not to go there if you expect it to be at the level of a normal Japanese restaurant. Looking at the measures taken to prevent the spread of the coronavirus, a lot of things are shared, and I've never seen a staff member wipe down the desk. It's not that big, but there were people with children, buggies, elderly people, and people in wheelchairs. There are entrances and exits from inside the shopping center and from outside (Tetsujin Park side), and you can enter from either direction. It is wider if you enter from the outside.

It is located on the back side of the 1st floor of Tokyu Plaza. The outside entrance is right next to the Tetsujin 28-go monument. If you are coming from the subway station, you can go through the bridge that crosses the coastline concourse passage and use the escalator inside the Seiyu store without getting wet in the rain. All cashless payments are available including cards, QR codes, and touch. If you ask for more green onions, they will add more for free. (Paid toppings for over a certain amount) Personally, this is my favorite store among the surrounding Hanamaru stores.
