Nishinomiya, Hyogo, Japan｜Marugame Seimen (Nishinomiya)

One of my favorite udon shops. I like that there is some tatami tables. This company just opened a shop near where I live (Dallas, Texas) and it tastes so nostalgic.

Yes, great place. Fast and easy.

It was cold, but the kind smiles of the customers who welcomed us, the way they made the udon noodles by hand, and the hot, freshly made udon noodles and chewy noodles warmed us up. I didn't finish the entire meal, but I ended up drinking all the udon soup. Thank you for the delicious udon that warmed my cold hands and body.
