The food is good. I dun understand why it only has 3.9 stars. I had the Aburi-niku, the meat taste like bacon but the texture is that of a meat, not the leathery taste of a bacon

2023.11 I had some business to do in Kure for the first time in a while, so I decided to stop by Shimono. I ordered the sardine meat kake that I had always wanted to try. All I can say is delicious. They say they use Samurai green onions from Shiwa, and you will be overwhelmed by the presence of these green onions, which are fresh, crunchy, and have a firm texture.
