I received the kake udon. The noodles are thick and fluffy. I think it would probably be served freshly boiled without soaking it in cold water. delicious. The dashi soup is also made with kelp, so you can drink it all. The rice balls have a nice seaweed flavor. This is a delicious udon restaurant.

These udon noodles are soft and soaked in soup stock, so-called soft noodles. Sanuki udon is delicious, but I also love the soft type of udon like the one here! This time I ate Maruten Udon. The soup stock was very delicious. The soup stock is apparently made every morning. It was very similar to the udon noodles my mother used to make at home when I was a child, and it felt very nostalgic! I want to go again!

The store is filled with the pleasant smell of dashi soup. Wakame udon contains fluffy fried egg. The gentle flavor of the soup soaks up the flavor, making the eggs gentle as well. Wakame is also delicious. The meat udon noodles are made with Wagyu beef, and are chewy, but not hard, and you can feel the strong flavor of the meat. You can make your own warm tea, and even in summer you can pour it yourself from the pot. Open for lunch only; oden and alcoholic beverages are not available. This is a restaurant where you can feel like you're eating something that's made by hand and is good for your body.
