A flood of sweetness and umami from the onions floods in, making it creamy and quite mild. And you can really feel the flavor of the spices. The noodles are homemade noodles that are a little hard and firm. After eating it, the creamy umami aftertaste lingered in my mouth, and I enjoyed it for a while.
