This is a handmade udon noodle shop that is reasonably priced and feels like home. It's crowded with regulars, but even first-timers are warmly welcomed. This time I received miso stew [egg topping]. Miso stew udon is hard (^ω^)

I stopped by on my way back from Yorimichi Onsen in Toki City. I ordered a large serving of chilled tanuki udon. As the reviews say, the udon is delicious. I'm glad the tenkasu wasn't greasy either. The color of the soup was quite dark, but the soy sauce had removed the bitterness and was mellow. It feels like they are using aged barbs. Recently, I went to eat zaru soba at two restaurants in Toki City, and at both of them I was on the verge of being traumatized because the motsuyu kaeshi was under-ripened and had a corner.

The restaurants here are very delicious. The General is making it very carefully. The proprietress welcomes customers with a lovely smile.
